About these terms

Luméa is an online jewellery design studio operated by Dennis Luxe Jewellery, based in Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using Luméa you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Your account

• Please give accurate details and keep your password safe.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, for example by attempting to overload it or by uploading unlawful or offensive content.

Designs are concepts

Designs created in Luméa are concepts to help you express your idea. They are not orders and do not oblige you or us to anything. Our jewellers will review any design you send us and may suggest changes so that the piece can be made well and is durable to wear.

AI images are illustrations

Rendered images and try-on previews are generated by artificial intelligence. They are illustrations only. Colours, proportions, stone sizes, finishes and details may not be exact, and the final handmade piece may differ from the images you see.

Prices, quotes and orders

• Prices are not shown in the studio. Every piece is quoted individually by our team.
• A quote is based on the final specification agreed with you, such as metal, stones and size.
• Nothing is binding — for you or for us — until the design, price, timing and payment terms have been confirmed in writing by Dennis Luxe Jewellery.
• Any order you then place is governed by the terms we confirm with you at that time.

What you upload

You must have the right to use any photos or reference images you upload. You allow us to use them only to provide the service — for example to generate renders and try-on previews, and to make your piece.

Intellectual property

The Luméa website, software and brand belong to Dennis Luxe Jewellery. You may use designs you create for your own personal purposes. Because designs are produced with our tools and may draw on common jewellery styles, we cannot guarantee that a design is unique.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Luméa running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the studio. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
